This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Develop and enhance the ingestion layer for various third-party marketing APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and more) — including authentication, data extraction, rate-limit management, backfilling, and incremental synchronization.
• Create normalization and transformation pipelines that convert complex, platform-specific data into unified, queryable schemas (e.g., a consolidated creative/campaign/order model).
• Ensure data reliability at scale — focusing on synchronization accuracy, freshness, coverage, and observability. Establish systems that identify connection failures or discrepancies before users notice them.
• Design for multi-tenant scale and security: develop pipelines and storage solutions that remain efficient and cost-effective for over 1,000 users and numerous connected brands — incorporating strict data isolation, privacy, and compliance from the outset.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to provide clean, well-structured data that agents can access and analyze.
• Proven experience in constructing and managing large-scale enterprise data pipelines tailored for extensive user bases — systems catering to over 1,000 users (or equivalent data volume/tenancy), where reliability, isolation, and cost considerations were crucial challenges you addressed.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in a contemporary data warehouse (such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or comparable platforms).
• Extensive knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies, incremental synchronization, schema design, and data modeling for analytical purposes.
• Experience in building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs — managing OAuth flows, pagination, rate limits, schema variations, and the practical challenges of connectors that may fail.
• A focus on observability and data quality: you implement monitoring in your pipelines and ensure the data you deliver is trustworthy.
• Background in creating or operating within SOC 2-compliant frameworks featuring enterprise-level security and privacy — you have managed sensitive customer information under stringent compliance requirements (access controls, encryption, data isolation, auditability) and prioritize it as a core engineering obligation.
• Product Ownership: You will deploy production code on a daily basis and contribute to significant product and technical decisions.
• Shape the Engineering Culture: You will impact our working methods—tools, processes, standards, and recruitment.
• Work with Challenger Consumer Brands: Engage directly with customers (CEOs, CMOs, VPs) of rapidly growing consumer brands—some generating $80M–$500M in revenue.
