This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and enhance data integration processes, ETL workflows, and data platforms.
• Lead the development of technical designs and functional specifications for scalable and dependable data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors to identify and align business requirements.
• Spearhead automated solutions that enhance business processes, improve productivity, and boost operational efficiency.
• Maintain ETL jobs and resolve critical production issues.
• Participate in the off-hours support rotation and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Design, implement, and oversee data platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation for data processes, reports, applications, and procedures.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable reporting and dashboard solutions for business intelligence and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that appropriate security measures are in place for reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for enterprise data solutions.
• Strong grasp of ETL, data integration, and transformation processes.
• Practical experience with implementing ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS.
• Familiarity with version control concepts and experience using Microsoft DevOps.
• Expert knowledge in leading and managing SDLC processes.
• Advanced skills in T-SQL programming, scripting, and optimization.
• Ability to comprehend, retain, and execute oral and/or written instructions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; a bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in information technology with a focus on relational databases, ETL, data warehousing, business intelligence, report development, and dashboard design.
• Four (4) or more years of experience using SSIS.
• Four (4) or more years of experience with MS SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of application integration using APIs is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft BI applications (SSRS, SSAS, Power BI) is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud-based database management and integration services such as Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks is a plus.
• Proficiency in commonly used data engineering programming languages such as Python or Java.
