Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee robust data pipelines that adapt to the continuously changing requirements of the business, ensuring optimal support from architecture.

• Engage with the codebase, implement and preserve your modifications in production, and advocate for best practices in coding and data engineering.

• Assume responsibility for projects from the initial discussions to the final release, which includes estimating and scoping features, designing architecture, benchmarking new technologies, and providing product feedback.

• Operate within a highly agile environment that promotes rapid decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues involved in back-end development, data science, mobile gaming, broad audience mobile applications, product, and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Data Engineer or in a comparable role.

• A proven history of developing and enhancing data pipelines for large volumes of data (at scale).

• Strong background in scalability, reliability, and security issues.

• Excellent analytical capabilities and proficiency in working with unstructured datasets.

• Result-oriented and focused on the value generated by your developments.

• Inquisitive about business requirements and eager to devise innovative, agile solutions to foster business growth through data.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts is an advantage.
