Senior Data Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop comprehensive data pipelines spanning the RAW, Silver, and Gold layers.

• Architect processes for data ingestion, transformation, standardization, and serving.

• Model data for analytical purposes.

• Identify, assess, and integrate new data sources.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate domain requirements effectively.

• Manipulate, optimize, and deliver data in various formats.

• Manage and configure cloud infrastructure comprehensively.

• Oversee deployment and CI/CD practices for data pipelines.

• Assist in building the data layer for AI/ML applications.

• Serve as a proactive technical partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Strong practical experience with AWS.

• Familiarity with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.

• Proficient in GitLab for source control and CI/CD pipeline setup.

• Solid expertise in SQL.

• Strong skills in PySpark.

• Experience working with Databricks.

• Expertise in analytical data modeling.

• Practical experience with the Medallion Architecture.

• Experience in integrating and consolidating data from diverse sources.

• A mindset conducive to greenfield projects.
