Senior Data Center Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the on-site representative for the owner, overseeing all stages of a significant data center construction project from the groundbreaking to the final commissioning and handover.

• Supervise the General Contractor and all relevant subcontractors, ensuring they strictly follow the project timeline, technical specifications, and safety protocols (EHS).

• Take full ownership of the project budget, monitoring all expenses, change orders, and progress payments to ensure financial oversight.

• Facilitate daily and weekly project meetings, manage the RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes, and address field-level challenges in collaboration with the Design and Engineering teams.

• Guarantee that construction activities align with corporate quality standards and meet turnover documentation requirements for the Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

• Over 10 years of experience in managing intricate, fast-paced construction projects, including at least 5 years in data centers or mission-critical facilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes (Levels 1-5).
