This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• The selected candidate will play a key role in the Global Build of a Greenfield S4 implementation, focusing on data cleansing and migration activities.
• Responsibilities will encompass identifying prework tasks that can and should be executed in our current ECC environments, alongside managing the overall data migration process to the new S/4 System.
• The individual will utilize a robust technical background to resolve complex challenges and propose strategic modifications to enhance the reliability and accuracy of our existing solutions.
• This role necessitates collaboration with a cross-functional Digital Technology and Business team to develop and implement DT solutions within the data domain.
• Recognize data cleansing opportunities prior to migration.
• Determine the data migration objects necessary for the transition to S/4.
• Supervise the mapping of ECC to S/4.
• Lead the data validation process as part of the Mock and Go-live cutover.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in SAP, including at least one full-cycle S/4 implementation involving data migration and one full-cycle ECC implementation with data migration; OR an advanced degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience in SAP, including similar implementation experience.
• Proficiency with various data cleansing and migration tools.
• Extensive technical experience in a complex SAP landscape.
• Strong project management skills, evidenced by the ability to lead and manage intricate, large-scale DT projects.
• Results-driven with a strong emphasis on success and achievement, even in the face of challenges both internal and external.
• Solid business acumen – capable of learning, comprehending, and interpreting business processes; able to collaborate effectively with business partners and be recognized as a valuable contributor to business outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a capacity to collaborate laterally and engage others to achieve success.
• Demonstrated expertise in software lifecycle development processes.
• The individual must be self-motivated and proactive in their assignments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
