• Work collaboratively with Product Management, Engineering, and external consulting teams to design, implement, and maintain digital analytics tracking across web, native mobile applications (iOS and Android), and Connected TV/OTT platforms (e.g., Roku, Samsung, Vizio).
• Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) on the deployment and optimization of digital analytics technologies, offering insights on best practices for scalable and sustainable instrumentation.
• Document requirements, data models, and essential data definitions to guarantee consistency and transparency in data collection processes.
• Convert business and analytics requirements into technical specifications that are easily comprehensible and actionable for both front-end and back-end engineers.
• Provide support and guidance to engineers by addressing technical inquiries, reviewing proposed implementations, and ensuring that tracking approaches align with data collection objectives.
• Contribute to the documentation of analytics tracking and data flows to promote technical clarity for engineering teams.
• Utilize and integrate tooling platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and other SDKs to maintain consistent and efficient event tracking implementations.
• Collaborate on implementation planning alongside the Senior Manager and stakeholder teams to guarantee prioritized, strategic, and technically feasible deployment of analytics capabilities.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics implementation or analytics engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise with GA4 Enterprise, including event schema design, custom dimensions/metrics, and BigQuery export functionalities.
• Practical experience with GTM (web and mobile containers) and Firebase SDK for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience in implementing Measurement Protocol for CTV platforms lacking native SDK/GTM support.
• Strong SQL capabilities for data validation and querying in BigQuery.
• Proficiency in JavaScript sufficient for reading, debugging, and writing tracking scripts and tag logic.
• Proven ability to audit and resolve analytics data quality issues across multiple platforms.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, and BI stakeholders.
