This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more countries.
• Take ownership of and enhance product analytics across various products and user journeys.
• Create and uphold a cohesive product event tracking framework.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of all product events data.
• Develop and refine comprehensive product funnels to uncover growth opportunities and identify bottlenecks.
• Construct and expand the company's A/B testing framework.
• Design experiments, establish success metrics, and evaluate outcomes.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to streamline experiment analysis, detect anomalies, and generate product insights.
• Promote the integration of AI-driven analytics across product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define product KPIs.
• Create dashboards and reporting systems for use by product and leadership teams.
• Automate the reporting and monitoring of metrics.
• Provide actionable insights that enhance product performance and drive business results.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Assist teams in making data-informed product decisions.
• Advocate for best practices in experimentation, analytics, and data integrity.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics.
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or other transaction-intensive digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to build an A/B testing framework from the ground up, including experiment design, statistical methods, and implementation across product teams.
• Significant experience in designing and maintaining product event tracking systems.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, or similar tools.
• Practical experience applying AI and LLMs to analytics, including automated insights, anomaly detection, or experiment evaluation.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like BigQuery (preferred), Snowflake, Redshift, or AWS.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.

• Experience in developing product metrics frameworks across multiple products.
• Experience supporting high-scale B2C applications.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, digital assets, or Web3 products.
