Senior Data Analyst – People Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Convert People data into valuable insights that aid in business decision-making.

• Create reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

• Validate outputs, conduct spot checks, assess results, and independently verify calculations.

• Take ownership of data quality through validation, testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance of reporting outputs.

• Manage Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Translate stakeholder requests into analytical requirements and actionable insights.

• Generate regular and on-demand analyses.

• Detect anomalies and validate results using alternative methodologies.

• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations.

• Assist in the automation and ongoing improvement of People reporting processes.

• Clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in HR or People Analytics.

• Strong proficiency in Workday, including reporting and data extraction.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Capability to work with large and complex datasets.

• Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality.

• Experience in converting business inquiries into analytical solutions.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Ability to convey complex data in a straightforward, business-friendly manner.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
