This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly assist clients by comprehending their needs, converting them into data solutions, and providing clear insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Looker, Power BI, and Tableau, based on client configurations.
• Create and manage data models that integrate information from various marketing platforms and sources.
• Document and map data flows across complex, multi-source schemas.
• Identify opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data proactively and communicate findings effectively.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and investigative purposes.
• Oversee and improve data transformations using dbt.
• Conduct QA/UAT to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) with the capability to execute projects across all platforms.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in AI tools and the capacity to incorporate them into daily workflows.
• Experience handling multiple marketing data sources concurrently (ad platforms, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of data modeling principles (star schema, dimensional modeling).
• Familiarity with ELT/ETL concepts and troubleshooting data transformation logic.
• Proficient in English at the C1 level with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of direct communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Takes accountability and ownership of their work and outcomes.
• Able to present their work and insights confidently to clients.
• Regularly verifies their work for quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to delivery.
• Strong analytical capabilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of providing clarity to clients and internal teams.
• Practical experience with QA/UAT processes.
