This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform exploratory analyses on extensive, intricate, and varied datasets.
• Discover significant trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities concealed within the data.
• Create clear and persuasive narratives that link analytical insights to business results.
• Convert complex analytical outcomes into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and assess predictive models, forecasting techniques, segmentation frameworks, and advanced analytical solutions.
• Design and implement statistical analyses, hypothesis tests, experiments, and measurement frameworks.
• Support machine learning projects by preparing data, validating results, and assessing performance.
• Build and sustain executive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions on the ATLAS platform.
• Generate intuitive visualizations that clarify complex datasets and aid in strategic decision-making.
• Enhance reporting frameworks, visualization standards, and analytical methodologies.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and external systems.
• Construct reproducible analytical workflows utilizing SQL, Python, Git, and modern analytics tools.
• Contribute to scalable data models and analytical infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to address business challenges.
• Assist in strategic planning initiatives through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Act as a trusted analytical advisor for both internal teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, methodologies, products, and analytical frameworks.
• Assess emerging technologies, AI tools, and analytical techniques.
• Help define the future roadmap of the ATLAS platform.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, consulting, or related areas.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in querying and optimizing large datasets.
• Strong expertise in Python, R, or both.
• Comprehensive understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience in building dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with the capacity to present complex findings clearly.
