This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing a significant amount of unstructured data, interpreting it, and subsequently assisting in the development of strategies and decision-making processes aimed at fostering business growth.

• Data mining from primary and secondary sources;

• Cleaning and organizing data to eliminate irrelevant information;

• Analyzing and interpreting results using statistical tools and techniques;

• Identifying trends and patterns within data sets;

• Spotting new opportunities for process improvement;

• Designing, creating, and maintaining databases and data systems;

• Troubleshooting code issues and data-related problems;

• Supporting and monitoring the client's data platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any higher education degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology with a minimum of 360 hours.

• 2 years of experience in extracting, modeling, and organizing large volumes of data for analytical consumption.

• Advanced SQL skills

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas)

• Shell Scripting or equivalent

• ETL experience with Pentaho, Talend, SSIS, Apache Nifi, or similar tools

• Database knowledge: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

• Cloud storage experience (Azure Data Lake, AWS S3) and API connections

• Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and normalization

• Version control (Git), job control (Airflow, cron)
