This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Gather, cleanse, and analyze intricate datasets to derive actionable insights for the business.
• Serve as a link between raw data and strategic decision-making by recognizing trends, creating visual dashboards, and conveying results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Design sophisticated value-driven analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other complex strategic/data/analytic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to define and establish analytics requirements.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and business plans that fulfill stakeholder expectations.
• Act as a liaison between IT and Product Management for data-related solutions.
• Employ an advanced understanding of data elements, structures, and standards typically associated with financial services transactions, reporting, and cloud-based data storage/sharing to implement and adhere to standards that align regulatory and compliance needs with business objectives.
• Formulate and execute complex enterprise-wide data integration strategies utilizing various data marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Continuously enhance data platforms, dashboards, and reports to address evolving business requirements and guidelines.
• Consult with minimal oversight from Principal on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and training sessions.
• Manage data from diverse sources and apply project management skills to successfully complete intricate projects with limited guidance.
• Transmit data and proactively ensure data integrity.
• Diagnose data issues and develop innovative and effective solutions to prevent or mitigate problems.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in performing ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Experience with SnowFlake.
• Background in the Insurance sector.
• Knowledge of AWS Glue (S3).
• Experienced with Informatica Power Center.
