This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide decision-ready analytical insights across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, focusing on pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, cohort/retention, and GRR/NRR factors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CSM stakeholders to identify inquiries, shape recommendations, and ensure analysis leads to actionable decisions.
• Convert ambiguous stakeholder inquiries into clear, testable analytical methodologies.
• Develop and maintain dbt models and marts for the Sales, Marketing, and CS sectors utilizing Salesforce as a primary data source.
• Ensure data quality and documentation, including definitions, source-of-truth tables, and quality assurance.
• Contribute to Lighthouse, the internal BI-as-code platform, by helping to define the writing, versioning, and review process of dashboards, metrics, and semantic models.
• Leverage AI agents to enhance analysis, automate routine reporting, and minimize manual dashboard requests.
• Assess opportunities for AI to replace manual analyst tasks and identify limitations.
• Work in two-week sprints and manage an independent backlog aligned with team objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Deliver clear and proactive updates on stakeholder status.
• Report to the Senior Manager of Analytics while collaborating with Analytics Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics/BI, with significant exposure to supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success roles at a rapidly growing organization.
• Proficient in SQL with substantial hands-on experience in dbt for modeling go-to-market (GTM) data.
• Comfortable utilizing Python for both analysis and automation tasks.
• Experience working with Salesforce as a data source, including knowledge of CRM objects, fields, and data-modeling intricacies.
• Familiar with contemporary data stacks, including tools like Fivetran or similar ETL solutions, alongside cloud data warehouses.
• A genuine interest in agentic analytics and experience with AI agents or LLM tools to accelerate the analysis process.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and defending them during scrutiny.
• Capability to take ownership of deliverables until they are completed.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and participating in rapid iterations.
• Experience with modern BI tools such as Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
• Practical experience with Claude Code or similar coding agents is a notable plus, but not a requirement.
