Senior Data Analyst, Brazil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare, ingest, and integrate data from various sources related to AI usage, encompassing events, logs, and metrics.

• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover patterns in adoption, behavior, and risks associated with AI usage.

• Create dashboards, reports, and scorecards that convert technical data into clear visualizations for diverse audiences.

• Collaborate with Product teams to establish metrics, dimensions, and events for effective AI monitoring.

• Document business rules, data requirements, and indicator logic, ensuring proper governance and traceability.

• Present insights in an organized manner to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Assist in the evolution of products based on data analysis and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

• Experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark.

• Familiarity with Power BI.

• Proficient in Grafana.

• Knowledge of notebooks like Jupyter or Google Colab.

• Experienced in data visualization using Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

• Capable of data storytelling, converting analyses into actionable insights.

• Interest in or understanding of Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and their application in corporate settings.

• Analytical curiosity and independence to explore problems.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Adaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.

• Experience with data products.

• Background in data governance, risk, or compliance.

• Familiarity with metric-driven environments and data-driven decision-making.
