This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from Brand, Commercial, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to enhance forecast precision.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports to share insights with stakeholders.
• Convert data insights into actionable business strategies, analyses, and recommendations for initiatives aimed at improving forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects, significant business initiatives, and enterprise data endeavors.
• Recognize trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities within data processes and systems.
• Propel process enhancements that affect business outcomes, including SKU-level forecast enablement.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity through routine analysis and validation.
• Acquire and implement new analytical techniques, technologies, and tools.
• Utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to expedite project development, improve forecasting, and automate routine analytical tasks.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in Computer Science, Finance, Analytics, or Accounting.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Essbase.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Snowflake is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and automation is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proven curiosity and dedication to ongoing professional growth.
