This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze performance data across a broad and varied client portfolio to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Take ownership of and enhance portfolio-level performance reporting, which includes dashboards and scorecards.
• Develop and sustain benchmarking frameworks to assess performance across key verticals.
• Establish and standardize KPIs to guarantee consistency among teams.
• Assess the effectiveness of strategies and product capabilities, pinpointing what leads to the most successful outcomes.
• Perform post-launch analyses for product and strategy updates that affect performance.
• Assist in emerging areas such as AI-driven search, including AI-assisted search visibility, entity coverage, and local signals as measurement capabilities progress.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance data quality and broaden access to significant signals.
• Convert complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Actively identify insights and opportunities that shape product direction and business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; a STEM degree is a plus.
• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, product development, or a similar field, with a strong focus on data mining to guide product decisions.
• Proficient in handling large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical, on-page, off-page, local search, and familiarity with AI search is an advantage.
• Experience in creating dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
• Background in agency, SaaS, or SMB-focused environments is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or similar resources.
• Experience with Python or automation tools is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
