Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain impactful data solutions—such as Power BI dashboards, automated reporting, and ETL workflows—to provide clear and actionable insights throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to collect and refine requirements, convert business needs into technical specifications, and effectively manage expectations during project lifecycles.

• Utilize data storytelling methodologies and advanced analytics to identify trends, enhance patient outcomes, and facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Develop, review, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from various data sources.

• Ensure data quality and governance by applying best practices in data management and validation.

• Mentor junior analysts, aiding in their professional growth and promoting best practices in analytics.

• Engage in advanced analytics projects, including predictive modeling and automation using Python.

• Remain informed about emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and healthcare technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a data analyst or senior analyst position.

• Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) with the ability to build complex, user-friendly dashboards.

• Advanced SQL expertise for querying substantial relational data sources.

• Skilled in Python for data analysis, automation, and/or machine learning workflows.

• Advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query, pivot tables).

• Experience in designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and automated reporting workflows. (Experience with Databricks is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into valuable insights.

• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
