Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Transform data into transformative insights by collaborating with teams across the organization (revenue, product, finance, customer success, and others) to address real challenges, unveil hidden opportunities, and promote data-informed decision-making.

• Develop impactful dashboards by creating compelling visualizations that provide teams at Hostinger with the visibility and confidence needed to take action, while ensuring the integrity and validity of data.

• Utilize SQL and Tableau for data extraction and analysis.

• Question existing methods by enhancing our current analytical approaches, accelerating decision-making processes, and fostering a data-driven culture throughout Hostinger.

• Partner with our exceptional Data Platform team by collaborating closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to guarantee data accessibility, streamline processes, and ensure successful project implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst, or similar position.

• Proficient in SQL - capable of writing queries, creating, and optimizing dashboard models. Essentially, you can assist with query evaluations.

• Skilled in data visualization tools - while we use Tableau, experience with other tools is also acceptable.

• A results-oriented attitude - you thrive on transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that generate business impact.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to convey complex data in a straightforward manner and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.

• Additional points for experience with Python or R for data analysis, A/B testing experience, or knowledge of statistical principles.
