This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Core Analytics & Data Infrastructure:
• - Develop, sustain, and enhance BI tables and data models that facilitate company reporting
• - Create and administer dashboards utilized across Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality
• - Ensure the consistency and precision of key metrics throughout the organization
• - Diagnose and enhance current reporting and analytics workflows
• Drive Operational Insights & Optimization:
• - Examine appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to boost efficiency
• - Assist in supply/demand planning and resource allocation across various markets
• Support Strategic & Growth Initiatives:
• - Construct models to assess new market expansion possibilities
• - Perform geographic and partner-level analyses to guide growth decisions
• - Aid pricing and partnership strategies with data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with Business Development & External Stakeholders:
• - Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for key enterprise partners
• - Address partner inquiries and performance challenges through ad hoc analyses
• - Work with BD on feasibility and sizing for prospective partnerships
• Enhance Patient Experience & Clinical Quality:
• - Analyze cancellations, reschedules, and service quality metrics across markets
• - Conduct root cause analyses to pinpoint opportunities for improving patient outcomes and experiences
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
• - Compute key projections for financial forecasts, including B2B and DTC demand
• - Evaluate QoQ financial performance, as well as quarterly performance compared to budget
• 2 to 4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, or a related field
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline
• Strong analytical skills and the capability to structure ambiguous challenges
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mode, Tableau), and ideally some familiarity with a coding language (e.g., Python or R)
• Ability to effectively and responsibly utilize AI tools for data analysis is advantageous
• Excellent communication abilities and the skill to present insights clearly
• Comfortable working across functions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to take ownership of both high-impact strategic tasks and daily analytics requirements
• High emotional intelligence with the capacity to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and personalities
