Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze user behavior along with extensive datasets to uncover patterns, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Design, execute, and assess A/B tests to measure the impact of product modifications on critical business metrics.

• Establish and verify metrics that accurately reflect user experience and business results.

• Create dashboards, reports, and data tools to facilitate decision-making across various teams.

• Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, and business teams to transform insights into product enhancements.

• Utilize SQL, Python, and distributed data systems to process and analyze substantial volumes of data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional analytical skills and experience in resolving business challenges through data.

• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with large datasets.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and visualization tools.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical principles.

• Familiarity with machine learning pipelines, training data quality, and model assessment.

• Experience with ranking, recommendations, or search relevance is an advantage.

• Skilled in defining metrics, constructing metric trees, and analyzing product funnels.

• Ability to convey insights effectively and convert business requirements into analytical solutions.

• Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Background in a client-facing role.

• Experience in e-commerce or product analytics.
