Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collect and clarify requirements from analytics, finance, and business stakeholders.

• Design and refine DWH architecture, including ODS and Data Marts, while considering audit requirements.

• Develop and sustain financial data pipelines.

• Design, implement, and support incremental data processing pipelines.

• Build and optimize data marts within cloud data warehouse environments.

• Analyze source systems and create comprehensive data flows.

• Maintain and improve workflow orchestration processes.

• Engage in testing, data validation, and release activities.

• Investigate data quality challenges and financial discrepancies.

• Keep technical documentation necessary for audit and data governance processes up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, DWH Engineer, or Data Analyst with a focus on data warehouses.

• Practical experience with enterprise data warehouses.

• Strong comprehension of DWH architecture and data layers, specifically ODS and Data Marts.

• Familiarity with incremental data loading, historical data management, and deduplication methods.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Experience in designing and optimizing data marts.

• Knowledge of cloud data warehouse platforms, including partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization techniques.

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools.

• Basic proficiency in Python.

• Proficient in Git.

• Experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, and SLA management.

• Proficiency in Russian.

• English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher.
