Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to launch new products, topics, and funnels while assessing performance, economics, and overall business impact.

• Discover actionable insights and opportunities for growth.

• Transform data into actionable recommendations that enhance launches and business outcomes.

• Manage analytical projects from start to finish, encompassing problem comprehension, methodology establishment, and delivery of insights and recommendations.

• Utilize product analytics, hypothesis testing, experimentation, and A/B testing to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Enhance and streamline analytics automation, processes, and methodologies.

• Utilize AI to boost analytical workflow efficiency and uncover automation possibilities.

• Work collaboratively with analysts, product teams, and company stakeholders.

• Assume responsibility and progressively lead analytical initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Data Analytics and/or Product Analytics at a Senior level.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Capability to independently manage complex analytical projects.

• Practical experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product hypothesis development.

• Background in refining analytical processes, methodologies, and automation.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in daily tasks.

• Knowledge of how AI can enhance analytical workflows.

• Experience with AI transformation within an analytics team or function is advantageous.

• Experience implementing AI-driven workflows, tools, or automation in analytical processes is a plus.
