Associate, Operations Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Accountable for generating insights and follow-up for a key business unit, acting as the primary contact for Senior Managers and Associate Directors.

• Analyze data to assist business teams in making more informed, data-driven decisions.

• Utilize data to narrate a story that non-technical colleagues can grasp, including packaging and presenting findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

• Acknowledge the necessity to enhance critical operational and analytical dashboards, and establish the requirements for their improvement as user needs evolve.

• Discover opportunities to create models and tools that yield relevant insights to pinpoint healthcare inefficiencies and generate insights to eliminate these inefficiencies.

• Collaborate across the organization, including managing stakeholder relationships with managers and senior managers, to identify actions for improvement and monitor the impact of initiatives.

• Assist with other strategic projects as assigned to fulfill business needs.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of technical experience utilizing analytical tools and crafting analytical reports.

• More than 2 years of proven ability to work with large datasets and translate analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic approach.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, regarding business reporting impact and requirements, as evidenced by 5+ examples/projects of presenting analysis to Leadership (Director+).

• At least 2 years of experience in SQL, with the capability to filter, aggregate, and build Common Table Expressions (CTEs).

• More than 2 years of experience in constructing robust data models.

• Over 1 year of experience, including proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to use VLookup, nested if statements, and connected Sheets.

• More than 1 year of experience in developing dashboards and working with Looker, or other business intelligence/data visualization tools.
