This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in analytics and reporting tasks related to enterprise AI, research, and operational modernization projects.
• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and operational analytics that support decision-making for leadership.
• Execute data extraction, transformation, analysis, validation, and reporting tasks across various enterprise data sources.
• Aid in the development and enhancement of ETL workflows, reporting processes, and analytics initiatives.
• Perform statistical programming, data analysis, and operational reporting that align with research and organizational objectives.
• Facilitate AI-driven analytics projects, including those involving large language models (LLMs), retrieval workflows, and operational data analysis.
• Contribute to the creation of scalable analytics workflows and rapid testing methodologies to boost operational efficiency and reporting agility.
• Support the integration and examination of data from research systems, operational platforms, databases, and cloud-based environments.
• Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to advance AI pilot projects, analytics initiatives, and reporting needs.
• Assist in data quality management, validation, and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level reporting documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, healthcare informatics, mathematics, public health, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, statistical programming, or enterprise data operations within a complex organization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL processes, databases, and analytics/reporting platforms.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, or business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics, data warehouse, or data lake environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, large language models (LLMs), or AI-enabled analytics processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for converting complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in supporting data quality management and validation processes.
• Capability to communicate technical findings clearly to both executive and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
