Senior Data Analyst, Advanced Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership across operations, product, and clinical teams to translate data into strategic initiatives and convert business needs into analytical solutions.

• Manage and enhance dbt-based infrastructure to facilitate operational workflows while adhering to development best practices.

• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B and multivariate) to assess their effectiveness.

• Refine attribution logic by implementing best practices in analytics.

• Create impactful visualizations and dashboards to aid in decision-making processes.

• Work alongside other data analysts on shared infrastructure and collaborative deliverables.

• Utilize Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering to develop conversational analytics tools, automate insights, and improve natural language data querying capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in data science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience using SQL in production environments (BigQuery preferred), demonstrating proficiency in writing efficient, maintainable queries and a strong grasp of data modeling, testing, and analytics best practices.

• At least 3 years of experience presenting data-driven analyses, insights, and recommendations to senior executives and large audiences.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting teams, including the design and analysis of statistically valid experiments.

• 3 years of experience working in team-based analytics with cross-functional stakeholders.

• A high level of proficiency with at least one BI tool (Looker preferred), including a solid understanding of visualization best practices.

• More than 1 year of experience applying Generative AI, LLMs, or conversational analytics frameworks to practical data analysis workflows or unstructured data processing.
