This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Utilizes data analysis, discretion, and independent judgment to deliver insights into strategic initiatives related to HR management planning.
• Assesses the HR business programs and the data requirements of end users.
• Develops analytical tools and reporting mechanisms to meet these needs.
• Acts as the HR business analytics subject matter expert, aiding HR in leveraging analytics to achieve HR program goals.
• Produces significant HR metrics and reports that offer insights into strategic matters concerning workforce planning and management.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or Administrative Support.
• At least one year of experience in analytics related to HR.
• Preferred: Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree; additional relevant experience may be accepted in place of formal education.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred: Coursework in Data Analytics for HR; experience with Workday report writing and/or calculated fields training.
• Required: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Extensive experience in creating and generating reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Capability to present and frame analytical findings clearly and meaningfully.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with effective organizational skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to engage with various management levels while upholding critical confidentiality standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
