This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for developing, leading, and expanding the data, reporting, and analytics functions.
• Own the strategy, design, and governance of reporting platforms utilized by the Field and Client Services teams.
• Ensure data integrity, alignment of KPIs, and the provision of actionable insights for clients.
• Establish best practices and educate the internal team on measurement requirements.
• Define how data supports planning, execution, optimization, and client value.
• Act as a strategic partner to Client Services, Operations, and Field Leadership.
• Serve as a key member of the client service team for discussions on reporting, insights, and performance.
• Establish and lead the data, reporting, and analytics discipline, including frameworks, standards, tools, and operating models.
• Define best practices for KPI development, data capture, reporting cadence, and performance measurement.
• Oversee the design, development, and governance of reporting platforms utilized by field and internal teams.
• Lead the creation and management of Power BI dashboards.
• Manage enhancements, scalability, and the lifecycle of reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity across all programs and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI/reporting, or analytics operations with increasing scope and responsibility.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, workspace governance, refresh/permissions management).
• Demonstrated experience in building KPI frameworks, defining metrics, and establishing standardized reporting cadences.
• Proven ability to convert data into clear, decision-ready insights for both executive and non-technical stakeholders; strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Strong program and project management skills: prioritization, stakeholder alignment, roadmap planning, and timely delivery.
• Experience in integrating third-party/external datasets and developing scalable data ingestion processes.
• Experience in a multi-client, multi-program, or rapidly scaling environment where reporting needs frequently evolve.
• Competence in SQL and data modeling.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Must be available evenings & weekends.
