Public Health Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth analysis of public health data, both quantitative and qualitative, to aid in program evaluations.

• Offer analytical support to program leaders and various agency representatives.

• Assist in the creation of reports, manuscripts, briefing documents, and other related materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in public health, statistics, epidemiology, public administration, health policy, data analytics, economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis within public sector, healthcare, or grant-funded settings.

• Proven experience with evaluations of government-funded public health programs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows, with demonstrated experience in Excel.

• Familiarity with qualitative analysis software (e.g., MAXQDA, ATLAS.ti).

• Experience using statistical software packages (e.g., R, Stata, SAS).

• Background in working with CDC or other federal health agencies.

• This role necessitates a background check from HHS (Health and Human Services).

• Candidates will undergo a government security investigation to secure clearance prior to the start date.
