This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the GTM organization, including Sales, Sales Operations, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success Leaders to identify and fulfill reporting and analysis requirements.
• Oversee and prioritize the delivery of reporting and data needs, develop business requirements, and implement these requirements effectively.
• Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess the capability to design dashboards and data visualizations that provide business insights and information at scale.
• Demonstrate a proven history of decision-making and problem-solving grounded in analytics.
• Exhibit the ability to collaborate with business partners across the organization, promoting innovation, facilitating critical decisions, holding business partners accountable, and achieving results in a rapidly growing, matrixed environment.
• Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present core business reports to GTM leadership.
• Show a strong commitment to achieving both short-term and long-term goals, including the preparation of ad-hoc analyses and reports.
• Provide effective coaching and consistent feedback, setting clear expectations while actively developing the skills of your associates.
• Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional data analysis roles.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in statistical or econometric work.
• At least 5 years of experience in manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within the financial services industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing statistical or econometric models.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in validating statistical or econometric models.
• At least 2 years of experience with data governance.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with predictive analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Must possess effective communication skills.
