This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take full ownership of feature delivery from start to finish.
• Design, develop, and implement CRM features across Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform.
• Manage workstreams from requirements gathering through to deployment, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assume responsibility for delivering high-quality solutions within established timelines.
• Build and Enhance the Platform.
• Create and maintain solutions utilizing:
• - C# / .NET plug-ins
• - JavaScript / TypeScript
• - Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop integrations, workflows, and automations that enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
• Contribute to the advancement of AI-enabled functionalities within the CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate Across the Organization.
• Work with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT to grasp requirements and design effective solutions.
• Convert business needs into clean, scalable technical implementations.
• Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
• Uphold Platform Excellence.
• Adhere to and contribute to best practices regarding development standards, performance, and security.
• Engage in code reviews and assist in raising the technical quality of the team.
• Support CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps-based Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
• Contribute to AI & Innovation.
• Aid in the implementation of Microsoft Copilot for Sales, Copilot Studio, and related functionalities.
• Assist in the integration of automation and AI within CRM workflows.
• Stay updated with new platform features and opportunities to enhance the ecosystem.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development.
• Strong expertise in:
• - C# / .NET plug-in development
• - JavaScript / TypeScript
• - Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
• Proven experience in delivering CRM solutions in a production environment.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ALM practices (CI/CD).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently on complex tasks.
