Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform Secure IT assessments of applications and offer security insights for new implementations or system modifications.

• Assist in third-party risk management initiatives by facilitating security evaluations, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and aiding in risk analysis and mitigation strategies in accordance with the TPRM framework.

• Oversee and manage the remediation of penetration testing results and assist in tracking and governing vulnerability exceptions.

• Organize audit and assurance processes, including documentation of controls and preparation of evidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or assurance positions within medium to large organizations.

• Practical experience in conducting project security evaluations, risk assessments, or aiding in application security assessments (SLDC, Threat Modeling, CI/CD).

• Familiarity with Secure IT or cloud security evaluations: Azure, GCP, AWS.

• Preferred cyber certifications include CISSP, CISA, CompTIA, etc.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at a professional level.

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree.

• Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities, attention to detail, capacity to manage large data sets, results-driven, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills across various levels.
