This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design, implement, and evaluate security solutions for Azure and M365 environments.
• Create, develop, maintain, and assess security architecture artifacts such as models, templates, standards, and procedures.
• Supervise the development and execution of best practices and standards in security engineering.
• Identify and execute opportunities for automation, particularly in cloud provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate and manage Cyber engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize an engineering backlog utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain team processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, including at least 3 years with a focus on cloud security.
• Experience in integrating security-as-code controls such as policy-as-code, guardrails, or security scanning into CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Azure Policy, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing security solutions leveraging Azure and M365 security tools and technologies.
• Strong comprehension of security frameworks and standards, including NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
