Senior Cyber Defender – SOC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and address threats within our Cyber Defense Center (SOC) by conducting comprehensive investigations.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• Support the development and execution of internal processes.

• Work together with various CDC teams to foster continuous improvement and automation.

• Maintain a curious mindset and continuously enhance your skills and abilities.

• Openness to working in a Follow the Sun support model and being on-call (including outside regular hours and during bank/public holidays) as a part of a Global Cyber Defense Center team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years in security operations, system administration, or penetration testing.

• Familiarity with security tools such as EDR and SIEM.

• Dependable individual, proactive, eager to take on more responsibilities, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Security Stacks would be advantageous.

• Relevant security certifications are a plus.

• Deep interest in information security.

• Comprehensive understanding of the full security spectrum.

• Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Identity, Endpoint, Network, or Cloud.
