This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage customer calls to support a 24/7 service operation and address hardware, software, assay, and training-related concerns.
• Employ remote diagnostics to proactively oversee instruments and identify potential issues.
• Serve as a versatile resource to assist in bridging workload or process gaps and triage inquiries of varying complexity.
• Gather and evaluate data while categorizing complaints in accordance with FDA guidelines.
• Record and document all facets of customer interactions in the CRM database.
• An associate degree, vocational training, or a related degree in biology, clinical laboratory science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience with Beckman Coulter Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay Instruments.
• Proficient in conveying information and providing guidance over the phone.
• Familiarity with Beckman Coulter's Chemistry and Immunoassay instruments (e.g., AU 8-series; DxC700AU; DxC500AU; Access; DxI; DxI 9000).
• Availability to work two (2) major holidays and one (1) minor holiday each year.
