This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Deliver professional, efficient, and friendly customer support through email and live chat.
• Assist players with inquiries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, verification, and general technical problems.
• Provide support to players for both Sportsbook and Casino products.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, promotions, and internal procedures.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate complex or technical issues as necessary.
• Ensure all support is provided in accordance with responsible gaming policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by offering feedback and suggestions.
• Previous experience in a senior customer support position within the iGaming sector is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of sportsbooks and hands-on experience in the industry are mandatory.
• Experience in the casino sector is a significant advantage.
• A strong understanding of horse racing is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Candidates must be located in Europe and available to work on a B2B / contractor basis.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the capability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently are necessary.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Sunday is essential.
