This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate closely with our customers to facilitate effective onboarding, ensuring they are set up for success.
• Develop and implement a communications strategy to engage customers effectively throughout their journey.
• Align strategies and create programs for customers, establishing clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Work alongside our product and customer support teams to communicate new features.
• Foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with the sales team to enhance account penetration.
• Track customer satisfaction (CSAT) and address concerns with the support of internal teams.
• Several years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or a similar role within a SaaS environment. Experience in Cybersecurity or Cyber Risk Management is highly preferred.
• Outstanding planning, presentation, and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience in implementing customer solutions and managing client relationships.
• Background in project management with a successful history of overseeing multiple projects to completion, along with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Capacity to maintain high-value outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Residing in either the UK or Belgium, with fluency in French. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
