
Senior Customer Success Manager – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Proactively cultivate client relationships to secure renewals, enhance referenceability, and support expansion opportunities alongside sales teams.
• Oversee a strategic portfolio that includes Federal Civilian and Defense agencies, as well as State, Local, and Education (SLED) entities.
• Foster the adoption of Zimperium’s solutions within the Customer’s user base and aid the Customer in realizing business value.
• Exhibit a robust understanding of the domain and functionality of the solution, serving as a trusted advisor to the Customer.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while acting as the primary point of contact for managing risks and escalations.
• Collect Customer feedback on products and their use cases, and channel this information effectively to enhance product capabilities.
• Assist the Customer with deployment planning, recommend best practices for deployment approaches, and proactively manage risks.
• B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree.
• Over 10 years of experience with Enterprise software solutions; experience in startups is a plus.
• At least 5 years in customer success roles, ideally within security companies, managing a portfolio of large enterprise and/or Federal customers.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and sound business acumen; expertise in Mobility & Security is highly preferred.
