This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming charter requests from both new and existing customers, primarily through email and occasionally by phone.

• Providing assistance to several Account Executives.

• Utilizing Google Suite to organize and handle communications related to charter requests.

• Learning to operate the ZUM admin and charter portals to streamline the charter booking process.

• Overseeing the complete process from the initial quote creation to the final booking of trips.

• Collaborating efficiently with various departments within the organization to ensure the seamless execution of charter services.

• Maintaining a keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of services.

• Exhibiting a coachable demeanor, always prepared to learn and adapt to evolving procedures and policies.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of trip requests, even in potentially monotonous work conditions.

• Capable of supporting multiple communication channels (Phone, Chat, Email).


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in administrative or sales support.

• 1-2+ years of experience in logistics preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

• Willingness and ability to quickly learn and utilize the ZUM admin and charter website.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.

• An understanding of the charter and transportation industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across different departments.

• A detail-oriented approach, ensuring all charter requests are processed accurately.

• A positive and coachable mindset, eager to adapt to changes and receive feedback.

• Comfort in handling a large volume of charter requests and the possibility of repetitive tasks.
