This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversees a prompt and efficient transition from the Enterprise Sales team to the Customer Success Management (CSM) team.
• Experience in managing high-profile accounts within the Automotive sector.
• Cultivates strong partnerships with both the Enterprise Sales and Technical Services teams to effectively represent our CAD, ALM, and PLM solutions.
• Collaboratively develops tactical Account Plans with the "Account Team."
• Oversees all customer projects, including more intricate implementations.
• Navigates the customer's organization to strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Responsible for identifying risks, escalating issues, and planning & executing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitates weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Fosters exceptional customer relationships to enhance ROI, retention, growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Engages with customers through calls and on-site visits to maintain relationships.
• Closes the feedback loop by collecting and sharing customer insights with relevant Product Teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Program Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
