This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the organization's strategic initiatives and tactical implementation, ensuring customer discussions align with their cybersecurity and risk management goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the SecurityScorecard platform and cybersecurity risk areas.
• Foster retention and growth within your account portfolio, including precise forecasting and close collaboration with internal sales teams.
• Discover opportunities to enhance customer value through platform usage, new applications, and increased engagement.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership to enhance the customer journey and refine tools, templates, and best practices.
• Share insights and solutions with colleagues to address new customer challenges and promote collective success.
• Advocate for the customer's voice in product feedback and service delivery discussions.
• Develop and maintain relationships throughout the client organization, from daily users to C-suite executives, in both individual and group settings, facilitating connections at the executive level to encourage account growth.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, technical account management, or a related customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity or third-party risk management practices, with cyber insurance experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and the capability to quickly understand platform functionalities from the customer's viewpoint to drive business results
