This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and implement customer success strategies aimed at improving satisfaction, onboarding, retention, and revenue growth.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer success initiatives with the organization's overarching business goals.
• Serve as a primary advocate for customers within the company, making sure their needs are recognized and met.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and utilize insights to offer strategic recommendations to clients.
• Track customer health and performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities, risks, and areas for enhancement.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, delivering actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage data-driven insights to uncover opportunities for ongoing improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to and execute strategies aimed at boosting customer retention rates.
• Identify and mitigate factors that could lead to customer churn.
• Manage the entire commercial lifecycle after onboarding, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, while identifying and monitoring expansion opportunities within the current customer base.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to devise and execute strategies for customer expansion.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
• Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, with a history of advocating for customers at the executive level within the organization.
• A successful track record of driving customer growth through effective cross-selling and upselling efforts.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across various departments to achieve overall business success.
• Experience with SaaS products and familiarity with the technology sector.
• Skillful in utilizing data analytics to generate insights and drive improvements.
• Established ability to provide strategic recommendations grounded in industry insights.
