Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts, Accounting Firms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with the firm's key decision-makers and project teams.

• Establish and manage governance structures, including steering committees, adoption committees, monitoring bodies, and a network of local advocates.

• Develop and implement data-driven adoption strategies for both staff and clients.

• Collaborate with Pennylane's internal specialists (Product, Support, Ops, Sales, etc.) to ensure successful execution.

• Identify potential risks (related to satisfaction, deployment, and adoption) and devise corrective action plans.

• Assist in the onboarding process and utilization of the Pennylane PA to streamline workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience.

• Background in SaaS Customer Success with a strong grasp of accounting principles (or a willingness to cultivate these skills).

• Alternatively, experience in finance/audit with a focus on client relationship management (commercial aspect).

• Outstanding client relationship abilities: skillful in reassuring clients, structuring engagements, and adopting a strategic perspective.

• Assertiveness: capable of making clear recommendations, exercising diplomacy, and persuading effectively.

• Experience in portfolio management (customer health) and developing ad-hoc action plans.

• Proficiency in data analysis: able to extract insights and prioritize effectively.

• Strong project management skills: adept at coordinating multiple stakeholders with rigor and independence.
