This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary relationship manager after sales for a portfolio of U.S. federal and civilian agency clients.
• Create and implement customized Customer Success Plans that align NVIDIA AI solutions with each agency's mission objectives.
• Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews and health assessments at the agency level.
• Promote software adoption and increase usage across NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:AI, Omniverse, and secure AI container deployments.
• Identify and proactively address customer health risks.
• Collaborate closely with federal system integrators, OEM partners, and prime contractors.
• Represent the customer's voice within the organization.
• Ensure renewal readiness by confirming that customers are meeting their established success metrics.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Customer Success, technical account management, or professional services for U.S. federal government clients.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supporting software deployments in classified, air-gapped, or mission-critical settings.
• Knowledge of federal compliance and security standards, including FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL4/IL5/IL6), FIPS 140-3, and NIST 800-53.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship management abilities.
• Insight into federal procurement procedures, contracting vehicles (GSA Schedule, SEWP, IDIQs), and budget cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
