This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate effective collaboration among Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight value delivery and identify growth opportunities.
• Create and implement customer success plans that align with clients' business goals.
• Proactively recognize and coordinate the resolution of customer needs through cross-functional collaboration.
• Track customer health metrics and promote the adoption of solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients as their primary business contact, ensuring high-touch engagement throughout their customer experience journey.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Customer Success Management.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to understand customer objectives.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations at the executive level.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
