This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Strategizing, overseeing, and executing client services, which may encompass the mapping and loading of client data into the OTIR software.
• Creating both custom and standard reports for client evaluation.
• Producing print files, preparing and transmitting IRS and state electronic files, processing B-Notices, TIN matching, and handling penalty notice processing.
• Sustaining client contacts, communications, and relationships with relevant customers.
• Collaborating with other teams for the training and onboarding of new clients or client contacts.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weeks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting-related fields.
• CPA or other accounting/financial certifications are preferred.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Computer certifications or skills are preferred.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information effectively.
• Over 2 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and account management skills.
