This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of DoW/IC customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding, integration, and deployment planning for new DoW accounts, coordinating with Inkit engineering and customer IT/security teams.
• Facilitate regular operational reviews with government program offices and end users to evaluate adoption, performance, and alignment with mission objectives.
• Proactively recognize risks, obstacles, and opportunities for expansion within your accounts and formulate action plans to address them.
• Comprehend customer environments, including network architecture, classification boundaries, and data handling requirements, and convert them into actionable technical implementation strategies.
• Provide guidance to customers on best practices for deploying and configuring Inkit's File Intelligence Platform in secure cloud settings.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define and document customer-specific technical requirements, integration patterns, and customization needs.
• Assist with pre-sales technical initiatives such as demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and technical solution proposals.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with contracting officers, program managers, system administrators, and end users across your account base.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, including additional use cases and new user groups.
• 5+ years of experience within the U.S. defense or intelligence community, either in active duty/federal civilian roles or as a contractor supporting DoD/IC IT programs.
• Direct experience working within or alongside government IT program offices, with knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, ATO/RMF frameworks, and program lifecycle management.
• Strong technical proficiency in software systems, data management, or enterprise IT, with the ability to engage credibly with both developers and government IT architects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior government leaders (O-6/GS-15 and above).
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret minimum; TS/SCI preferred or required based on account portfolio).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or national security-related field, or equivalent experience.
