This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages high-profile or complex accounts independently, engaging with multiple buying centers, senior agency leadership, and cross-market or cross-platform strategies.
• Formulates and implements long-term account strategies that align with client business objectives and promote sustainable, multi-dimensional revenue growth.
• Spearheads critical executive-level discussions and negotiations, persuading senior agency and client leadership to further partnership priorities.
• Discovers hidden growth opportunities, including cross-solution expansion, new platform integrations, and strategic pilot initiatives.
• Drives significant revenue growth across strategic, high-value accounts.
• Advocates for client perspectives to shape product positioning and facilitate roadmap adoption.
• Guides junior team members, raising account management standards and enhancing overall team performance.
• Takes a pivotal and visible role in fostering new business development and leading intricate strategic pitches.
• Conducts regular account management activities to safeguard existing accounts. Proactively identifies accounts at risk of churn and implements retention strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 8 years of previous experience in Corporate/B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales.
• Mastery of executive relationships, with the capability to establish trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships with senior-level client stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to apply foresight to shape multi-year client strategies and navigate complex decision pathways.
• High-level commercial acumen, assessing market dynamics, client business models, and emerging opportunities to drive multi-dimensional revenue growth.
• Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to effectively articulate problems, propose strategic solutions, and guide clients toward transformative initiatives.
• Advanced communication and negotiation abilities, delivering clear and persuasive recommendations while confidently navigating high-stakes conversations.
• Analytical and insights-driven mindset, utilizing data and client feedback to formulate strategic recommendations and influence product roadmap decisions.
• Leadership and mentoring skills, promoting skill development, raising team standards, and exemplifying best-in-class account management practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills, coordinating Sales, Product, and operational teams to implement cohesive strategies and meet complex client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
