This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly external reports that highlight trends, benchmarks, and various insights within the industry.
• Derive unique insights from merchant, consumer, and product data to assess Boulevard’s influence and ecosystem trends across different regions, segments, and timeframes.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, including demand trends, purchase frequency, basket composition, price sensitivity, and channel usage, and convert these insights into segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle strategies.
• Categorize merchants based on vertical, size, business model, and sophistication; establish peer groups, benchmarks, and outlier indicators that facilitate comparisons and account strategies.
• Monitor service and retail trends, labor dynamics, utilization rates, cancellations, rebooking, and attach rates, incorporating cohort analysis, seasonality adjustments, and explicit caveats.
• Create recurring internal insight packages (e.g., quarterly State of the Customer, monthly Industry Pulse) that merge KPIs, leading indicators, and commentary for executives and cross-functional collaborators.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and GTM to develop narratives, visuals, and enablement materials that utilize data to enhance campaigns, positioning, and customer narratives.
• Deliver executive-ready data presentations, align stakeholders on trade-offs, and facilitate decision-making with clear recommendations, designated owners, timelines, and anticipated impact/ROI.
• Maintain privacy through documented aggregation standards and disclosure controls, including k-anonymity thresholds, dominance limits, rounding or noise incorporation, and review checkpoints before data dissemination externally or to partners.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics or insights within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, payments, or high-growth technology sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of Snowflake SQL, proficiency in Python, and hands-on experience with dbt, including modular models, testing, CI, performance, and cost management.
• Demonstrated experience in publishing or contributing to media-ready reports.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-ready insight reports and dashboards, featuring clear methodologies and well-organized, decision-oriented analysis.
• Strong intuition regarding product and SaaS growth, with the capacity to translate findings into opportunities, risks, and trade-offs for product, GTM, and operational strategies.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent editorial judgment for crafting headlines, selecting metrics, and designing charts, along with clear, straightforward writing skills.
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving aggregation techniques, including k-anonymity, thresholds, noise, and disclosure control measures.
