Senior Curriculum Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain training materials.

• Assess, recommend, and create training initiatives that enhance customer service, technical process documentation, operational systems, and e-learning development.

• Craft and execute instructional strategies that promote learning and performance within functional teams.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements and formulate learning strategies.

• Spearhead the learning development processes.

• Design and implement learning modules, virtual simulations, and assessments on authorized online platforms.

• Prepare and present timely training project timelines.

• Supervise the upkeep of training resources and support sites.

• Create tools to evaluate shifts in knowledge, skills, and quality outcomes.

• Analyze training program objectives and determine the necessity for content and structural updates.

• Investigate industry trends and integrate pertinent updates into the standard curriculum.

• Conduct training sessions as necessary to align with operational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to instructional design or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in corporate or business curriculum design or training development.

• Strong comprehension of adult learning principles.

• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and learning technologies.

• Experience in creating online curricula for adult learning environments.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Experience with SharePoint.

• Preferred experience with Workday Learning Management and Q-Mindshare.
